	John Silseth, CEO Mr. Silseth has owned and operated Racing Partners Management Inc., a Motorsports industry-consulting firm. Past clients include March Formula 1, MGA Engineering, Brainerd Int’l Raceway, Melling Sports Cars, MuZ Motorcycles and Norton Motorcycles.

	Timothy Kling, CFO Mr. Kling's background includes Chief Financial Officer of Lehman Trikes, Inc., a TSXV Canadian public company for the last six years. Tim has an MBA from the University of Wyoming, BSBA degrees in Accounting and Information Systems for the University of Montana - Billings and holds both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant designation. He has over 20 years of financial and informational systems experience.

	Colbert Seagraves, VP of Marketing & Racing Operations Mr. Seagraves background includes R. J. Reynolds Sports Marketing, Team Manager at Junior Johnson & Associates (Driver: Brett Bodine), Team Manager Travis Carter Enterprises (Drivers: Jimmy Spencer & Darrell Waltrip), Director of Marketing & Sponsorship for AHDRA (All Harley Drag Racing Association. Colbert has over 25 years experience in the racing and sports marketing industry.

	Andrew Broadley, Technical Director Mr. Broadley brings over twenty five years of experience designing racecars and motorcycles. Andrew has been the Chief Technical Officer for Indian Motorcycles, Legend Motors Worldwide, and spent 18 years with Lola Cars Ltd, U.K., where he designed many successful Formula and Sports race cars.

	David Leysen, Director of Operations Mr. Leysen brings over 20 years manufacturing experience in the automotive and motorcycle industries. He has been responsible for the successful launch of numerous complex vehicle systems for automotive OEMs including GM, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, and BMW. Prior to joining Viper Dave was Program/Product Development Manager for Indian Motorcycles.
